This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information with the same care and respect we put into every meal we prepare.

We are committed to being transparent and ensuring your data is handled securely and responsibly, in compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), 2023.

To provide our personalized, high-care service, we collect the following types of information:

  • Personal Identification Information:

    • Your primary phone number (especially your WhatsApp number, as this is our main communication channel)

    • Your complete delivery address

    • Your email address

  • Sensitive Personal Information (Voluntarily Provided):

    • Health & Dietary Information: Any specific dietary needs, allergies, health conditions (like diabetes or hypertension), or taste preferences (e.g., low-salt, no onion/garlic) that you voluntarily share with your dedicated Care Advisor during your personal consultation.

  • Service & Communication Data:

    • Subscription Details: The specific meal plan you have subscribed to (e.g., 1-Meal, 2-Meal, Couple’s Plan) and your billing history.

  • Transaction Information:

    • Details related to your subscription payments. Please note, we do not store your full credit card number, CVV, or bank account details. This is handled securely by our third-party payment gateway partners.

  • Technical Information (From our Website):

    • When you visit our website, we may collect basic, anonymous technical data like your IP address and browser type for analytical purposes to improve our website experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for specific, necessary, and legitimate purposes:

  • To Fulfill Your Service: To prepare your meals, deliver them to the correct address, manage your subscription, and process your payments.

  • To Personalize Your Meals: This is critical. We use your health and dietary information to ensure our kitchen team accurately fulfills your specific requests and adheres to any restrictions.

  • To Communicate With You: Your Care Advisor uses your contact information to provide personalized support, confirm changes to your plan, share menu updates, and respond to your feedback.

  • To Improve Our Service: We may use anonymized and aggregated data to understand service trends, improve our menu, and enhance our operational efficiency.

We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

Your trust is our most important asset. We do not share your personal data, except in the following limited and necessary circumstances:

  • Payment Processors: We share transaction information with our secure payment gateway partners to authorize and process your subscription fees.

  • Legal Obligations: If required by law, we may disclose your information to law enforcement or government authorities in response to a valid legal request.

Your sensitive health and dietary information is shared internally only with the necessary kitchen and care team members responsible for preparing and checking your meals. It is never shared with external parties.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data extremely seriously. We implement robust technical, administrative, and procedural measures to protect your information:

  • Access Controls: Only authorized personnel (like your Care Advisor and kitchen supervisors) can access sensitive data, and only on a need-to-know basis.
