Welcome to Nitya Ahaar. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and your subscription to our meal services (“Service”). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully.
1. Our Service: “Your Daily Constant”
Nitya Ahaar provides a 100% pure vegetarian, subscription-based daily meal service. Our “Back to Roots” philosophy means we deliver wholesome, home-style, and easy-to-digest meals prepared with a “Doctrine of Absolute Purity” (e.g., no processed ingredients, only traditional unrefined oils).
Our Service is built on a human-first approach. All service management is handled by a dedicated “Care Advisor” via WhatsApp or phone.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Meal Tiers: We offer fixed monthly memberships for 1, 2, or 3 meals per day, as well as discounted Couple’s Plans. The specific meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) included in your tier are fixed for the duration of the billing cycle as per your personal consultation.
Billing Cycle: Our membership is a prepaid subscription for a 25-day cycle.
Payment: All subscription fees are due in advance of the service cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring monthly fee.
3-Day Welcome Plan: This is a one-time, non-refundable introductory trial offer.
3. Pause, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Pause Policy (Our “Flexible Pause”):
You may pause your subscription at any time by contacting your personal Care Advisor.
To pause the next day’s service, we require a minimum 24-hour notice, communicated to your Care Advisor (e.g., by 9:00 PM the previous evening).
Notices received after this cut-off time will result in the next day’s meal being processed and charged.
Your 25-day cycle will be extended by the number of days successfully paused.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by notifying your Care Advisor before your next billing cycle begins.
As all subscriptions are prepaid, we do not offer refunds or credits for any partially used monthly (25-day) cycles.
If Nitya Ahaar misses a delivery or provides an incorrect meal due to our own error, we will provide a replacement meal or a credit for that meal at our discretion.
4. Delivery & Logistics
Punctuality Promise: We are committed to delivering your meals within a predictable, agreed-upon time window established during your consultation. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., severe weather, traffic accidents, civic-order disturbances).
Delivery Zone: Our service is currently launching in Zirakpur. We will confirm your specific address is within our serviceable pin codes during your consultation.
Bag Rotation System: Our service operates on a three-bag rotation system per meal type (e.g., three “Lunch” bags, three “Dinner” bags).
Your Responsibility: You agree to hand over the previous meal’s empty bag to our delivery rider upon receiving your new meal. This is essential for our hygiene and operational workflow.
Lost/Damaged Bags: A fee may be charged for bags that are lost, not returned, or returned with significant damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Receiving Meals: You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the meal during the delivery window.
5. Health & Dietary Information (Disclaimer)
No Medical Advice: Nitya Ahaar is a wellness brand, not a medical organization. Our food is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. All content and services are for informational purposes only.
Dietary Needs: We will make a reasonable, best-effort attempt to accommodate common dietary requests (e.g., low-salt, diabetic-friendly, no onion/garlic) discussed with your Care Advisor.
Allergy Warning: Our kitchen handles a variety of ingredients. While we adhere to strict hygiene, we cannot guarantee our kitchen is 100% free of allergens (like nuts, gluten, or soy). Cross-contamination is possible. You are solely responsible for informing us of any and all allergies, and you consume our food at your own risk.
6. Exclusive Member Perks
‘Clear Kitchen’ Live Feed: As a member, you receive exclusive, read-only access to our live kitchen feed. This is a privilege of membership. You agree not to record, screenshot, distribute, or misuse this feed in any way. Nitya Ahaar reserves the right to revoke this access at any time.
‘Celebration Table’: As a member, you are eligible for an invitation to our monthly in-person community meal.
Invitations are managed by our team to ensure all members get a chance.
Your specific date is assigned to you to foster community building.
We require a 48-hour notice if you cannot attend your assigned date so we may offer the seat to another member.
7. Website & Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including our logo, brand name, “The Ahaar Standard” blog, menu design, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Nitya Ahaar. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any of our content without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nitya Ahaar (including its founder, Varinder Singh, and employees) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our Service is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent 25-day subscription cycle.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zirakpur, Punjab.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via your registered WhatsApp number or email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
